Grace was my day of wedding coordinator for my wedding on September 3, 2017. Having Grace as my day of coordinator was one of my best decisions as a bride. She was extremely helpful even before the wedding by helping me set a time frame for the entire day. This was a difficult task as our wedding ceremony and reception were set to happen at a location that was in the middle of the country and not at a wedding venue. This took coordinating the entire day from getting ready the morning of, travel time for the wedding party to arrive at the venue, the arrival and set up of the DJ as well as his transition from the ceremony out in the open to the reception under the tent, catering arrival and set up as well as the dessert arrival and set up so that it wouldn’t be sitting out too long on the hot September day, as well the timing of the reception. Our wedding day with her time frame went seamlessly.

              Grace was also gracious enough to help the day before. It unexpectedly rained the day before the wedding and we were unable to set up the tent until the rain stopped, which didn’t happen until that night. I reached out to Grace to see if she would help because I was unable to be there and at the drop of a hat, she showed up that night to help coordinate the set up of the reception from table arrangement to all the decorations. This was a huge undertaking because I had to give her verbal directions over the phone and she came through in a big way.

              On the day of our wedding, my husband had left the wedding certificate at the hotel, which was easily 20 minutes or more away from the reception location. Once he informed Grace of his mistake, she immediately went to the hotel to retrieve the certificate. This was all taken care of without worrying me about it. Grace took care of this as well as other loose ends the day of to keep the day as stress-free as possible.

              I highly recommend Grace to anyone looking for someone to not only help plan and coordinate their wedding day but be the stress reliever brides desperately need. Her attention to detail, problem solving skills, and overall bubbly persona made what could have been a very chaotic day, a day I will remember forever going seamlessly because of her attentiveness.
